"From Streets to Soccer Fields: One Man's Quest to Empower Street Children

John Baffo's story is one of resilience, determination, and passion. As the founder of Build Me Up Foundation LBG, John has dedicated his life to creating a better future for street children, underprivileged children, and orphans through football and education.

"I know how it feels when you have nothing," John says, his voice filled with emotion. "I am not a rich man, but I am determined to make a difference in the lives of these children."

John's own life has not been easy. He has experienced poverty and hardship firsthand, often going without basic necessities like food and shelter. Despite these challenges, John remains committed to his mission.

"I don't want these children to become like me," he says. "I want them to have a better life, a life filled with hope and opportunity."

John's foundation, Build Me Up, uses football as a tool to engage children and provide them with access to education and other essential services. "Poverty is a tricky word, and illiteracy is a disease," John says. "But both can be uprooted through football and education."

Despite the many challenges he faces, John remains optimistic about the future. "We need your support," he says. "Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these children."

 

As John looks out at the street children playing football, his eyes shine with hope and determination. "Scoring goals can change lives," he says. "And I believe that together, we can create a brighter future for these children."
