"Last year was great, but this year is even more massive,” he said. “It’s encouraging to see the youth and elders alike come together for a cause that benefits us all.”
Mr. Joseph also used the opportunity to advocate for the establishment of mental health centers in every community across Ghana. He emphasized that while physical health is important, mental wellness must not be overlooked.
“Mental health issues are rising, and we need proper infrastructure in place to help our people. The government must take this seriously,” he added.
Echoing the sentiment, Mr. Jonathan Nii, an executive member of the Greatmen Entertainment Group, called on the youth to become agents of positive change by promoting cleanliness and hygiene within their own neighborhoods.
“Charity begins at home. We must take responsibility for our environment and build a healthier, cleaner Adedeinkpo together,” he urged.
The Health Walk, which was infused with music, dance, and community interactions, not only served as a call for healthy living but also reinforced the importance of cultural pride and civic responsibility as the Homowo season approaches.
