‎Empowering Ghana’s Youth: Tudu Hosts ‘August Youth Month’ Radio Dialogue on Passion and Profit ‎


The vibrant community of Tudu, in the heart of Accra, came alive this morning as residents tuned in to a special live broadcast on Melody 91.1 FM in celebration of August Youth Month.

‎Kicking off promptly at 9:00 a.m., the programme brought together young entrepreneurs, career coaches, and industry professionals to explore the theme “Turning Passion into Profitable Ventures.” The interactive session aimed to inspire Ghana’s youth to transform their talents and interests into sustainable livelihoods, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and financial independence.

‎Speakers shared real-life success stories, practical strategies, and tips for overcoming the challenges of starting and sustaining a business in Ghana’s evolving economic landscape. Listeners were encouraged to engage through live calls and social media, making the event not just a broadcast, but a dynamic exchange of ideas and motivation.

‎Organisers of August Youth Month say the initiative is part of a broader effort to highlight the potential of young people in driving national development, while equipping them with the mindset and skills needed to thrive in competitive markets.
