"This year is unique," Mr. Sarpong noted. "Our goal is to prepare these graduates to be ambassadors of professionalism in the job market. We want them to make a tangible difference wherever they are placed and contribute meaningfully to the progress of society."
During his address, Mr. Sarpong issued a direct appeal to the government to expand its support framework. He urged policymakers to look beyond public institutions and extend resources to private colleges to ensure a "balance of education" across the board, noting that private sector students are equally vital to the nation’s human capital.
The Dean of the College, Dr. Daniel Tetteh, described the graduating class as "outstanding," emphasizing that the curriculum was specifically designed to prepare students for global challenges.

Dr. Tetteh’s message to the new alumni was one of proactivity and resilience:
Avoid Post-Graduation Inertia: He advised students not to remain idle at home.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: He challenged them to become "assets for job creation" rather than mere job seekers.
He concluded by appealing to the government to expand employment opportunities within the aviation sector and at national airports to accommodate the growing influx of skilled professionals.
The ceremony concluded with an outpouring of joy from the graduands. Many expressed profound gratitude for their successful completion of the rigorous programs, stating they feel equipped and ready to tackle the complexities of the aviation and media industries.
