JESUS RESCUE TEAM HOLD CLEANUP EXERCISE IN TEMA NEW-TOWN

 


Jesus Rescue Team (JRT) is a Christian non- governmental organization (NGO) with a team of zealous personalities who are enthusiastic about reaching the unreachable with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Rescue Team (JRT) has been actively involved in outreach programs aimed at improving the living conditions in underprivileged areas in Ghana in addition to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. In partnership with the Logos Hope, the faith-based ship, and numbers of outreaches in these communities in particular, Tema New Town. 


According to the Lead Missionary of Jesus Rescue ,Missionary Michael Davies in an interview with the media, highlighted on their recent outreach efforts in Tema New Town asserted the urgent need for a comprehensive cleanup to address the severe sanitation challenges faced by the residents. 


Missionary Michael said,that the partnership of Zoom Lion Limited,as an acknowledgement of esteemed reputation in waste management and community service to organise a large-scale cleanup exercise to restore a healthier and more hygienic environment for the residents of the area. 


"Our goal is not only to remove the accumulated waste but also to foster a sense of community responsibility among the residents,"he said.


Rev. Deborah Hong from Love Ghana Mission also added her voice that the cleanup initiative will bring substantial benefits to the Tema New Town community, including:

The representatives from Team Logos Hope Ship,Blanche Tabot: Cameroon,Camille Ehrismann: France,Anne Garcia: Brazil,Albert Vinson: USA,Susan Würschum: Germany also added their voices,that the exercise will go a long way to Improve the Public Health: Reducing the risk of diseases related to poor sanitation.
