DVLA TRAINS 12 GHANA SHIPPERS AUTHORITY DRIVERS


Ghana shippers authority in partnership with  DVLA  has trained 12 drivers from their various branches across Ghana on the basic understanding of safety precautions


The training was held at Ghana shippers authority conference room on 13th September 2024 to build the capacity of the drivers in Ghana shippers authority to ensure that heavy-duty truck drivers acquire the necessary training to ensure that they act professionally on the roads to avoid accidents.


Speaking in an interview with Nation 1 TV  was the Deputy Director for DTTL,DVLA headquarters, Mr.Emmanuel klugah stated that their partnership with Ghana shippers authority is to train their drivers on the needed theory and practicality skills require for their safety precautions on the driving space.


Mr.Emmanuel, said, that DVLA is working closely with institutions in Ghana to reduce the rate of accident through constant education.



"It's our usual mandate to train more drivers from various institutions in other to reduce the road accident and safe more lives "he said.


He concluded that DVLA is open for all application in training more institutions drivers for basic things they need to know in other to be collectively informed.


Solomon sodiq, Ghana shippers authority driver said that the initiative of the training we go a long way to close the gaps for the drivers in Ghana on the needed driving knowledge technique they requires for their road safety.
