Elaborating on the fact that parents need to pay more attention to developing the potentials of their children, Jerry Wonder Sampson explained that a scheme such as the Ghana Models Awards was assisting in that. “Here, we don’t just focus on talent but, we highlight potential as part of our criteria for nominations because we believe, when the potential of a child is discovered and nutured the right way, the child will end up contributing his best to the society and globe.

Simply put, your talent is what you can do. But, your potential is who you can become”, he said.
