Sampson emphasized the importance of industry support, citing the growth of fashion shows and the role of institutions like Ghana Tvet service (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) which known as the body developing skills in fashion design and sewing. However, he stressed the need for government backing, particularly in advertising.

"We advocate for advertising agencies to use Ghanaian models on billboards and platforms," Sampson urged. "This creates a sustainable value chain and promotes local talent."

One of the major challenges facing the industry is freelance modelling. Sampson encouraged models to join reputable agencies, stating, "You can't do it alone. Model agencies provide structure and support for a successful career."

Looking ahead to next year's 8th anniversary, Sampson envisioned a bigger, more international event, possibly featuring celebrity supermodels like Naomi Campbell or Tyra Banks

"Modelling is a serious profession," Sampson emphasized. "Don't judge by what you see on the internet. There's serious money to be made. If you want to be a model, join a reputable agency."
