Jesus Rescue Team Ministries urge the public to prioritize movies that promote Christian values
As Ghana celebrates its independence day, Michael Davies, a missionary and Lead for Jesus Rescue Team Ministries, is emphasizing the need to rescue souls. Speaking to the press, he stressed that many people are bound by Satan, and as followers of Jesus Christ, they have been commissioned to save the lost.

Michael Davies reminded everyone that heaven and hell are real, and urged lost souls to seek a connection with Jesus Christ. "Christianity is a lifestyle," he emphasized. He also invited Ghanaian, especially those who feel lost, to watch Christian movies that can transform their lives.
Ghanaian are being urged to be vigilant and report any suspected cases of human trafficking. This call to action comes as the country continues to grapple with the issue of human trafficking, which affects many vulnerable individuals, including children and women.
Director for advocacy of the international justice Missions Ghana (IJM) Worlanyo Foster noted human trafficking has been on the rise at some part of the country and government called upon to strengthen law to curb the menace.

Human trafficking is a serious violation of human rights and a form of modern-day slavery. It involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to exploit people for labor or commercial sex.
The Volta Lake in Ghana has unfortunately become a significant hub for human trafficking, particularly child trafficking. Raising awareness and engaging local communities is crucial to preventing trafficking.
To effectively combat human trafficking on Volta Lake, and other parts of the country it's essential to address the root causes of poverty, lack of education, and limited opportunities.
Worlanyo Foster is the director for advocacy international Justice missions Ghana addressing some of these challenges said a multi-faceted approach involving government, NGOs, and community engagement is necessary to prevent trafficking, protect victims, and prosecute traffickers.
Some of the participants shared their joy with Nation 1 TV by applauded Jesus rescue team ministries for such a seasoned movie that will transform the youth community and family, they said.
