STAR Ghana Foundation has launched the Fulbe Integration Manual, a guide designed to support the integration of the Fulani community into Ghanaian society.


present at the event were the key lead­ers and stakeholders, highlighted the need for deliberate action to end the marginalization of this long-estab­lished ethnic group.


Amidu Ibrahim-Tanko, Executive Director of STAR Ghana Foundation,in his speech established on the need to move beyond the stereotype that portrays the Fu­lani as merely herders or outsiders.


He called for recognition of the community’s diverse contributions to Ghana’s socio-economic devel­opment.

According to the Managing Director for Groom Young Africa Network (GYAN) ,Rev.Azaglo Michael in an engagement with the press at the launch emphasize that traditional leaders,state institutions need to stand in the gap through intensive education on conflict resolution which plays major role in reducing discrimination regarding to fulbe in Ghana .


Rev Azaglo emphasize the need for training the youth community,teacher training institution, engaging musigal, immigration, CSOs, NGO constant engagement,engaging the education minister in other to inculcate the idea of it been part of the educational curriculum.he stated.
