‎AUCB Alumni Reunite to Rekindle Bonds, Foster Growth and Opportunity ‎


The Alumni Association of the African University of Communications and Business (AUCB) hosted its annual “AUCB Alumni Meet & Greet 2025” on Tuesday, July 1, at the university’s Adabraka campus, drawing together former students for a day of reconnection, reflection, and renewed purpose.


‎Addressing the press during the event, President of the AUCB Alumni Association, David D. Olaga, Esq.Co-Managing Partner at the Law Office of Kwainoe and a seasoned broadcast journalist—highlighted the immense value of alumni solidarity and long-term connections.

‎“There’s power in numbers, and this gathering speaks volumes. The joy of reconnecting after so many years is not just sentimental—it’s strategic,” Olaga stated. “It’s about leveraging our shared identity to open career doors, spark business collaborations, and strengthen our individual and collective futures. This is not just a social event. It’s an investment in lifelong relationships.”

‎Mr. Olaga emphasized the importance of building a supportive network that extends beyond academia. “We want everyone to leave here feeling energized, connected, and proud to be part of the AUCB legacy. Whether you graduated 15 years ago or just last year, this space is for meaningful reconnection.”


He encouraged all old students of AUCB to come together in unity and reignite the flame of positive transformation in society. “From job opportunities to mentorship, the benefits of coming together again are indeed enormous,” he added.



‎Reflecting on the school’s transition from AUCC to AUCB, Mr. Olaga praised the university’s journey for impacting lives far beyond academic knowledge,cultivating moral leadership and practical skill sets vital for national development.


He concluded with an optimistic call to action: “There’s a bright future for this Alumni Association, but it will only shine if we each play our part. This is a collective mission, and together we can build a stronger Ghana and Africa.”


‎The “Meet & Greet” event is expected to be a springboard for future initiatives focused on mentorship, philanthropy, and community development among AUCB alumni
