Bless All Foundation Deepens Community Impact with Support to Potters Village Orphanage
On January 14, the foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Potters Village Orphanage in the Dodowa community, where it donated essential items including food supplies, clothing, shoes, utility items, and other necessities. The gesture formed part of the foundation’s ongoing efforts to ease the challenges faced by caregivers and children at the orphanage, while contributing to national and global SDG targets on child welfare and social protection.
Speaking to the media during the visit, the Chief Executive Officer of Bless All Foundation, Ms. Gladys Animah Djan, highlighted the organization’s broader humanitarian interventions. She noted that the foundation has consistently supported young adults who are unable to settle their medical bills after treatment, as well as children and youths who struggle to pay school fees.

Ms. Djan called on individuals, corporate bodies, and international partners to support the foundation’s work, stressing that increased sponsorship would enable the organization to expand its reach to more communities across Ghana. She emphasized that reducing hardship among children remains a priority, as they represent the future leaders of the nation.
She also welcomed ongoing government initiatives aimed at strengthening partnerships with non-profit organizations, describing such collaborations as vital to reaching underserved and vulnerable communities nationwide.
Drawing from her professional experience as a nurse, Ms. Djan expressed concern about the plight of young patients who, after receiving medical care, are unable to afford their hospital bills. She reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to supporting such individuals through the help of donors across the world.
“It is heartbreaking, as a nurse, to see young adults receive treatment but remain stranded because they cannot afford their medical bills,” she said.
Ms. Djan further encouraged the management of Potters Village Orphanage to remain steadfast in investing in the lives of the children, assuring them that support will always come, even in difficult times.
In response, a social worker at the Potters Village Orphanage, Mr. Fortune Mawuli Ohene, expressed profound gratitude to the Bless All Foundation for remembering the home among the many orphanages across the country.
