She highlighted two transformative initiatives designed to bridge the gap:
Women in Banking Program: Driving long-term financial security for women across Ghana.
1 Million Coding Program: Opening doors to digital literacy, global tech opportunities, and work-from-home flexibility.
Prof. Alabi also urged women to use social media wisely for personal growth rather than falling into the trap of comparison, advising them to stand firm against inferiority.
The President of the Ghana Women Forum, Dr. Adeline Baidoo, spoke passionately during her press briefing about breaking the silence on personal and professional challenges.

"Collaboration Over Competition"
In her closing remarks, Dr. Baidoo urged the next generation of women to build their own financial foundations.
She clarified that earning an independent income is not about competing with men, but about complementing them and building stronger households.
She reminded attendees that humility remains a core pillar of the forum's mission.
