‎GYAN Extends Deep Solidarity to Victims of Devastating Nationwide Floods ‎

The Groom Young Africa Network (GYAN) has extended its deepest sympathies and solidarity to all individuals, families, and communities severely affected by the devastating floods currently ravaging parts of Ghana.

‎The statement follows unprecedented, record-breaking June downpours that have submerged key communities across the Greater Accra Region and other parts of the country, displacing thousands of households and disrupting critical livelihoods.

‎Speaking on behalf of the network, the leadership of GYAN expressed deep concern over the scale of the disaster, noting the heavy toll the situation has taken on vulnerable families and the youth.

‎GYAN is calling for swift, coordinated relief efforts and heightened community vigilance to protect lives and property as national emergency teams manage the crisis.
