‎Land Dispute Escalates at Prayer Palace Church, Spintex, the leadership calls for justice ‎

             Story by Azaglo Michael

Tensions are boiling over on the Spintex Road. Leadership at the Prayer Palace church is sounding the alarm, alleging a brazen encroachment on their property by a foreign national,an incident that has left thousands of congregants seeking urgent intervention from the state.

‎According to church officials, the land was legally acquired, with documentation formally handed over to the Head Pastor, Prophet Emmanuel Adjei.

‎However, the situation turned contentious when a Chinese national began unauthorized construction on the site.

‎The church alleges this development is backed by a rival claimant and enforced by armed land guards,a move that directly challenges the rule of law.

‎"The matter is currently before the Ghana Police Service’s Property Fraud Unit (PFU),

‎Following initial reporting, authorities ordered a mandatory "stay of action" for all parties to allow for a verification of ownership,Yet, despite this directive, construction activity continues unabated.

‎Therefore with over 2,500 congregants now demanding answers, the leadership of Prayer Palace is calling on the relevant authorities to move beyond mediation and prioritize immediate enforcement. As the investigation deepens, the burning question remains: Is the law being upheld, or is this a case of blatant impunity?
