Kpone Installs New Chief Nene Tettey Manstro II to Spearhead Development Agenda

New Chief outlines vision to partner traditional leaders and public-private institutions for growth in education, health and infrastructure




The Kpone Traditional Area has outdoored a new Chief, Nene Tettey Manstro II, with a renewed commitment to accelerate development in the community.





Speaking on behalf of the Chief, the Secretary to the Royal Bediako We of Kpone Traditional Area, James Sutherland Atiapa, said the newly installed Chief held a press conference to outline his vision for the transformation of Kpone.


According to him, Nene Tettey Manstro II will work closely with traditional leaders, as well as private and public institutions, to spearhead a fresh development agenda focused on education, health, and social investment.


Some community members who spoke with the press welcomed the installation, but expressed concern that development in Kpone has slowed dramatically. They cited the deplorable state of the Tema to Kpone road and poor infrastructure as major challenges.




They are optimistic that the installation of the new Chief will be a pathway to a new era where every indigene, resident and business within the Kpone Traditional Area will experience a living and working environment they can be proud of.
