ACCRA — Nobel International Business School (NIBS University) has held its 2026 graduation ceremony for Master’s, PhD, and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidates under the theme "Excellence Beyond Borders: Preparing Leaders for a Changing World."

‎Speaking to the press during the event, the Deputy Chancellor, Dr. Felix Nana Sackey, emphasized that the university’s core mandate centers on practical application over theoretical knowledge.

‎He urged the 2026 graduating cohort to leverage their professional experience and practical training to drive national development.

‎Dr. Sackey advised the new graduates to embody ethical leadership by leading by example rather than exercising top-down authority. He also highlighted the strategic importance of modern technology, encouraging graduates to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a primary problem-solving tool in their respective fields.

‎

‎To further support continuous professional development, Dr. Sackey noted the university's recent launch of Club 100, an initiative designed to expand mentorship networks for alumni across various industries.

‎



‎Recommending NIBS University for advanced studies, he reiterated that the institution’s ultimate goal remains producing graduates who deliver measurable, positive impacts on national growth.

‎Representing the graduating class, David Kwame Ezeago, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) graduate, acknowledged the rigorous demands of balancing academic pursuits with professional and family responsibilities.
