Adenta MP and MCE Inspect Ongoing Infrastructure Projects, Announce Major Facility Commissioning

ADENTAN — Member of Parliament for the Adenta Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, alongside the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Ella Esinam Christine Ningo, has conducted an inspection tour of key infrastructure developments across the municipality to assess work progress.
During the visit, Hon. Ramadan commended Hon. Ningo for her performance in driving local development, particularly praising the execution of the flagship 24-hour modern market model and extensive road rehabilitation projects across the constituency.

Hon. Ramadan expressed appreciation to Former President John Dramani Mahama for his continued support of the Adentan Municipal Assembly’s initiatives spanning healthcare, education, and sanitation.
Addressing local transport concerns, the MP assured residents that ongoing road construction works across the municipality are targeted for full completion by 2027.
Speaking on upcoming developments, MCE Hon. Ella Esinam Christine Ningo announced that four major municipal projects will be officially commissioned in the coming week.

The completed facilities include:
• Healthcare: The reopened and upgraded Amahia Maternity Ward to bolster maternal healthcare services.

• Education: An 18-unit classroom block at the Adenta Community School, alongside additional educational structures across the constituency to relieve congestion.
•
• Sanitation & Trade: Upgraded infrastructure supporting local commerce and public sanitation services.
•
The assembly reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strict construction timelines to ensure all pending projects are delivered efficiently to the public.
