The Dynamics Works Foundation has successfully hosted the 3rd edition of its “Adolescents with Talents 2025” event under the inspiring theme “Power, Potential, and Purpose.” The program, designed to nurture creativity and empower young talents, brought together youth, educators, and leaders from Ghana’s creative and educational sectors.

‎Speaking to the media, Mrs. Gloria Cann, Executive Director and Founder of Dynamics Works Foundation, emphasized that the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between education and talent development. According to her, “Our goal is to change the narrative in Ghana’s creative industry by helping the youth see education and talent not as rivals, but as complementary paths to success.”

‎Mrs. Cann urged the Government of Ghana to allocate more funding towards supporting emerging talents, especially among young people. She also shared the organization’s challenges in financing educational expenses for many children, calling for greater collaboration from like-minded organizations to help unlock the God-given potential of Ghana’s adolescents.

‎The Guest of Honour, Dr. Mrs. Shine Agatha Ofori, commended the Foundation’s efforts, noting that empowering the youth remains one of her greatest passions. “We must continue building platforms that guide young people to transform their ideas into tools for national development,” she stated.
